Chemical Bonding
Large panels are constructed by chemically bonding smaller acrylic sheets using solvent welding, creating a permanent seamless joint with no visible seams in the water viewing area.
Installation and Waterproofing
Our installation team fits the acrylic panel into the pool shell, seals the perimeter with structural sealant, and coordinates with the main contractor on the surrounding structure. We carry bizSAFE Level 4 certification for safe on-site operations.
Thermoforming for Curved Pools
The acrylic is heated and shaped under controlled conditions to produce precise curves without compromising material clarity.
